Dive deep into your mind, body, heart & soul to find growth and healing through the breath, guided meditation and a mindful yoga flow.
Each practice will focus on the 5 layers of self: Physical Body, Vital Body, Mental Body, Intuitive Body and Bliss Body.
Each practice will begin with focusing on the breath and will end with a guided meditation followed by journaling and share time.

June 19 - Mental Body
June 26 - Intuitive & Bliss Body

4 Class Series - $50
