Justin Cooper
Justin is an integrative wellness coach who supports clients in building a strong, resilient connection between mind and body. His work blends movement, strength, mindfulness, and evidence-based nutrition to support sustainable health and long-term well-being.
Justin is a NASM-certified personal trainer, Precision Nutrition Coach, 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and holds a BA in Neuroscience. His integrative approach draws from both science and embodied practice, allowing clients to better understand their bodies, move with intention, and make informed lifestyle choices.

In the yoga studio his classes weave together strength, mobility, and restoration, with a strong emphasis on structural integrity and anatomical awareness. Through mindful movement, Justin invites students to cultivate focus, presence, and self-trust... using the practice as a way to meet life with greater clarity, acceptance, and the courage to grow.

We start with a comprehensive assessment to understand you... your body, your habits, and your lifestyle. This includes posture and mobility screening, a food log review, and an overall lifestyle assessment.
